User approaches booth and receives a ticket number. User enters number on Microsoft Surface Laptop Kiosk, and guided to scan a session QR code, and upload their photo. They are then asked a series of questions for displayed information, and personalization. The photo is then processed with AI, along with graphics to fit their personality. Brand ambassadors manage/refine the outputs through the operator panel, and prepare the user's personalized luggage tag for pickup. The user is the emailed when their item is ready for pickup.
